Brandywyne is a townhome community located in Montville in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 70 townhomes in the complex which was built between 1985 and 1987. Brandywyne offers 2-3 bedroom townhomes with 2.5 baths and a 1-car garage. The units have basements. Models were named after ski resorts and include the Anton, Aspen, Belvedere, Bromley, Killington, Stratton, Tahoe, Vail, and Windham. The development is a homeowners association, not a condominium association. As of the year 2017, Brandywyne at Montville Homeowners Association manages the complex. The monthly association fee was approximately $306 and includes exterior maintenance, common area maintenance, and landscaping. The community is easily accessible to the Towaco Train Station and Interstate 287 and 80.

Residents can use Interstate 80 for an eastbound commute. Montville has a train station in Towaco on the NJ Transit Montclair-Boonton Line which offers service to Hoboken Terminal. Passengers can transfer to another train or bus before Hoboken for a Midtown Manhattan commute. At Hoboken Terminal, passengers can switch to the PATH to reach NYC. Lakeland Bus Lines provides service from Pine Brook in Montville to NY Port Authority Terminal in Midtown. During rush hour, the bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Lakeland Bus Lines also provides service from Towaco in Montville to NY Port Authority Terminal in Midtown. This bus ride takes about 50 minutes.
Public Schools include Hilldale Elementary School (K-5), Lazar Middle School (6-8), and Montville High School (9-12).
