Franklin Corners is a townhome community located on Franklin Place in Morristown in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 35 units in the complex which was built in 1986. Franklin Corners offers 2-4 bedroom multi-level townhomes with 2+ baths. Units come with a 1-car garage and range in size from approximately 2,150 to 2,550 square foot. Some of the units have basements which can provide extra living space. Most of the townhomes are located inside elegant victorian-style buildings complete with turrets. However, some of the units are carriage-style townhomes located above the garages. The development is a condominium or condo association. As of the year 2015, Abacus Avenue Property Management was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $527 and includes exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal. The complex is located on both sides of Franklin Place, which is a tree-lined street just blocks away from the Morristown Green and the Train Station.
