South Green is a hi-rise condo community located in Morristown in Morris County, NJ. Built between 1984 and 1987, the community is divided into two sections. South Green I is located at 41 Mount Kemble Avenue with approximately 33 units. South Green II is located at 51 and 61 Mount Kemble Avenue with approximately 60 units. All three buildings feature elevators, intercom security, and covered parking. South Green offers 1-3 bedroom condos. There are single-floor and multi-level units. They range in size from approximately 900 to 1,700 square foot. Design features include lofts, spiral staircases, skylights, solariums, and decks. The community backs to wooded parkland. The developments are condominium or condo associations. As of the year 2016, Cedarcrest Property Management was employed by the residents of both South Green I and South Green II. The monthly association fees were approximately $405 and include exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and water fees. The community has convenient access to Interstate 287 and is within walking distance to the Morristown Green and Morristown Train Station.

The community is located close to Interstate 287 which runs north-south through Morris County and provides an easy connection to major east-west routes including Interstate 80, 280, and NJ Route 24. The Morristown Train Station offers direct service to Hoboken or NY Penn Station on the NJ Transit Morristown Line. Passengers who take the Hoboken train can switch to the PATH to reach NYC. Passengers who take the Midtown Direct train will arrive at NY Penn Station in about 60 minutes. Passengers can transfer at Newark Broad Street or Summit to reach the other destination if necessary. The Morristown Train Station is located just a few blocks away from the complex.
The Morris School District is a regional public school district that serves the communities of Morristown and Morris Township (for grades K-12), along with students of Morris Plains for grades 9-12 only. Public schools for residents include: Hillcrest (K-2), Thomas Jefferson (3-5), Frelinghuysen (6-8), and Morristown High (9-12).
