Glenmont Commons is a townhome community located in Parsippany in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 264 townhomes in the complex which was built between 2000 and 2005. Glenmont Commons offers 2-3 bedroom townhomes with a 1-car garage and basement. Standard floor plans include the Tulip, Oak, and Sycamore. The Tulip is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, interior unit. The Oak is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, interior unit. The Sycamore is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, end unit. These townhomes range in size from approximately 1,800 to 2,000 square foot, not including basements. Depending upon the geography, there are also expanded floor plans which include the Grand Tulip, Grand Oak, and Grand Sycamore. These units have the garage in the basement, which allows for a bonus room above, which adds approximately 240 square foot of living space. However, unlike the standard floor plans, the grand units always have a full stairway to enter the main level. The development is a homeowners association, not a condominium association. As of the year 2016, Cedarcrest Property Management was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $105 and includes swimming pool maintenance and landscaping. Trash removal is provided by Parsippany. The community is easily accessible to NJ Route 10. Glenmont Commons has a Morris Plains (07950) mailing address and is approximately 4 miles away from the Morris Plains Train Station.

Commute

Residents have convenient access to NJ Route 10, which connects to Interstate 287, which runs north-south through Morris County and offers easy connections to major east-west routes including Interstate 80, 280, and NJ Route 24. The train stations in Denville and Morris Plains are located close by. Lakeland Bus Lines provides service from Denville to NY Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan NYC. During rush hour, the bus ride takes about 65 minutes.



Shopping

There is an amazing amount of nearby shopping for residents. From big chain stores in East Hanover and Roxbury, to small shops and boutiques in Denville and Morristown, everything you need is just a short drive away. The Rockaway Townsquare Mall is about 10 minutes away in Rockaway Township. The Shoppes at Union Hill are about two miles away on NJ Route 10.
