Mazdabrook Commons is a townhome community located in Parsippany in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 222 townhomes in the complex which was built between 2002 and 2004. Mazdabrook Commons offers two and three bedroom townhouses with a 1-car garage and basement. The development is a homeowners association, not a condominium association. As of the year 2017, Wilkin Management Group was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $98 and includes swimming pool maintenance and landscaping. Trash removal is provided by Parsippany. The community has convenient access to Interstate 80 and 280 for an eastbound commute.

The community has convenient access to Interstate 80 and 280 for an eastbound commute. Interstate 287, which runs north-south through Morris County, is located close by. Lakeland Bus Lines provides service from U.S. Route 46 at Beverwyck Road (about 2 miles away from Mazdabrook Commons) to the NY Port Authority Terminal in NYC. During rush hour, the bus ride takes about 50 minutes.
Public Schools for residents include Northvail Elementary (K-5), Central Middle School (6-8), and Parsippany High School (9-12).
There is an amazing amount of nearby shopping for residents. From big chain stores in Parsippany and East Hanover, to small shops and boutiques in Denville and Morristown, everything you need is just a short drive away. The Rockaway Townsquare Mall is about 15 minutes away in Rockaway Township. The Willowbrook Mall is about 15 minutes away in Wayne.
