The Mountain Club is a condo community located in Parsippany in Morris County, NJ. There are over 50 buildings and 700 condos in the complex which was built between 1960 and 1970. The Mountain Club offers one and two bedroom condo units - each with one full bathroom and single level living. There are first floor and second floor units in each building. Residents have assigned parking spots. Garages are available to rent for an additional monthly fee. Each building has a shared laundry room in the basement. The development is a condominium or condo association. As of the year 2018, Corner Property Management was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $272 for one bedroom units and $360 for two bedroom units and includes: sewer, water, heat, hot water, and common area maintenance. The community has a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, two tennis courts, and an on-site exercise room with a sauna. The community is easily accessible to NJ Route 10. The community has a Morris Plains (07950) mailing address and is approximately 4 miles away from the Morris Plains Train Station.

Residents have convenient access to NJ Route 10, which connects to Interstate 287, which runs north-south through Morris County and offers easy connections to major east-west routes including Interstate 80, 280, and NJ Route 24. The train stations in Denville and Morris Plains are located close by. Lakeland Bus Lines provides service from Denville to NY Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan NYC. During rush hour, the bus ride takes about 65 minutes.
Public Schools for residents include Mt. Tabor School (Kindergarten-5), Brooklawn Middle School (6-8), and Parsippany Hills High School (9-12).
There is an amazing amount of nearby shopping for residents. From big chain stores in East Hanover and Roxbury, to small shops and boutiques in Denville and Morristown, everything you need is just a short drive away. The Rockaway Townsquare Mall is about 10 minutes away in Rockaway Township. The Shoppes at Union Hill are about two miles away on NJ Route 10.
